Engineering

Flenco engineering department is composed by 50 professionals (mainly in Italy and Mexico), with a strong background and a great experience of the field. From customer functional and technical specification, they are able to analyze every need to design the best product according to customer strict requirements, using advanced tools like 2D or 3D CAD and stress analysis. Throughout the design process, a project engineer will be in charge to drive the design plan and monitor the design review with the customer. All detailed drawings such as P&ID, technical instructions, and detailed construction drawings will be issued and submitted to the customer before being used for production.

Functional tests

Each production site is fully equipped with all necessary testing installations (instruments, control systems, fluid simulating loops) and can run a functional test on each system according to customer's expectations. In each location, a testing engineer implements an agreed testing procedure, with the engineering department, to qualify the design and correct operation of the system.
